Aiiwatani is not something i get often. Located north for Kyoto along with Takashima
They produce some of Harder and finer stones then ussual from that region.
Very nice feel and medium hardness not to soft and not to hard.
Can be used without nagura too !!
Very good stone that can be used on everything, razors knives and tools
Produce super nice finish and quite easy to use
No toxic lines or inclusions at all !
