Medium grit stone from Niigata, Sanjo
I have tested this stone for some time now and i think it is very good 1000 -2000 stone !
Very fast for natural and feels very good, it have super feedback that is very rare for Naturals in that grit range.
And also very fast compered to other 1000 grit natural stones.
With very beautiful light green color.
I think it lives super nice finish and also gives that hazy look on your Kasumi tools or knives
Down side is they come always unflattened and you need to do it your self :)
