As for some special I got some knives from Hiroshi Saito that go regularly at knife shows in Tokyo and Seki
He is now (2023) is 69 years old lives and works in Saitama Japan and have been making knives for over 30 years mostly custom hunting knives for domestic costumers
His knives is quite special looking with very refined finish and lots of details
Very thin but still quite stiff with polished choil and spine and super fine finish on the handle
Balance point is just at the choil, and very thin behind the edge !
