Shoubudani is mine super close to Nakayama and produced similar stones as Nakayam usually super fine and hard
Sometimes in Japan shoubudani stones have been sold as Nakayamas
This shoubudanis however is very smooth feels like fine Hakka stone ! Perfect for knives and tools
It is double sided but I think that the back side is smoothest and cleanest !
